Export Transaction Report

Overview

This report will return all the supported transactions made from all your sub-wallets for a given time period. This report will include data from:

  • All supported Ethereum transactions

  • All supported Bitcoin transactions

This report will not include data from:

  • Binance Smart Chain

  • XDC.Network

  • Unsupported Assets on Ethereum

  • L1 / L2 transactions via MetaMask (Ethereum is included)

Process

To export a CSV of transactions, simply click the Export Transaction history button. This button is available in the top right of TrustVault Web Wallets section.

When you click Export Transaction history you are presented with an option to choose the date period.

The options are:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • This month

  • Last Month

  • This Year (Calendar year from 1st Jan current year)

  • Custom Range

    • Select any date after 22nd March 2021

Clicking Download CSV will start the process and when complete the you will be presented with a CSV to download

Tip: This report can contain a large amount of data and can take a while to generate. Should you see a time out please try again and / or select a smaller date window. If problems persist please reach out to us for help.

The report has the following fields:

  • Timestamp

    • Time of the transaction

  • Wallet Id

    • The wallet id of wallet

  • SubWallet Id

    • The subwalletId that made the transaction

  • Block Height

    • The block height of the transaction

  • Amount

    • in native currency

  • Transaction Costs

    • the cost of the transaction in native currency

  • Total Transaction Amount

    • In native currency

  • Asset

    • Asset Symbol of the asset

  • From Address

    • if applicable (i.e. valid for Ethereum, not Bitcoin)

  • To Address

  • Direction

    • SENT / RECEIVED

  • Hash

    • Transaction hash

  • Note

    • Any specific note about the data; usually indicates a record for the cost of an ERC-20

Additionally, this report will include a separate line item for the gas cost of an ERC-20 transfer.
