If when you attempt to open the TrustVault x MetaMask extension and after entering your password the MetaMask shows a spinner like below:

This may be because you have recently logged out of your TrustVault iOS app. This removes all login tokens globally which, unfortunately, the older TrustVault x MetaMask extension could not handle.

To fix, either:

  • Upgrade to the latest TrustVault x MetaMask (10.0.3.1)

  • Disabled the extension from Chrome / Brave and then re-enable

NOTE: If you have non-trustvault wallets please ensure you have backed up your seed phrase before disabling in case of any issues.

Once, re-enabled you will need to re-connect with the TrustVault using the instructions here.
