Details about the upgrade
In order to prepare TrustVault for new features, some changes must be made to the backend systems. Normally, all changes are made in such a way that they can be deployed without any break in service. However, on this rare occasion, we must stop all activity on the platform to prevent any chance of data being corrupted. Your business is important to us, and we thank you for your patience and patronage as our team works through this.
When will it take place?
Thursday 20th August 2020 at 22:00 BST.
How long will it take?
We anticipate the outage to last approximately 6 hours.
What components are affected?
- TrustVault iOS App
- TrustVault Web
- API Access
What about WebHooks?
WebHooks will be paused during the upgrade window. Any events during the upgrade window will be captured and the WebHooks will be called with all events once the work is completed.
What can I use?
Unfortunately all services will be unavailable in their entirety during the outage. You will not be able to see wallets, balances or send transactions during this time.
Are my funds safe during the outage?
Of course, nothing about your funds will change. You may take a copy of your wallet addresses and keep and eye on external block explorers if you wish.
