If you have have a reason to reset your settings on your phone 

You may find that afterwards, if you haven't set a passcode, when you open TrustVault you get an error message. 

This is because in order to secure your assets we rely on your phone being secure. You must set a passcode, and we would recommend either using a custom Alphanumeric passcode or a custom Numeric Code rather than a 4-Digit Code
