TrustVault will send you push notifications to notify you about useful events. For example you will get notified when your account has been verified or you have received cryptoassets.
In order to receive push notifications you will need to enable them for TrustVault:
Select settings on your home screen
Go to Notifications and find TrustVault in the list of apps
Make sure that Allow Notifications is on
